    Please go to Appearance > Editor and open Footer.php file and find

    wp_nav_menu($args);
                            echo "</nav>";
                        ?>

    and add your links using HTML – http://pastebin.com/wt4TE2fC

    Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
