    Hello Support,

    I am using Enfold Version: 3.6.1.

    I have a page that I want to emulate many times on a site – thus the Templates feature of Enfold would be a real time saver.
    However, the following occurs when attempting to use this feature:

    1. edit page that I want to emulate
    2. click on Templates button in upper right corner of the main builder window
    3. click the blue “Save Entry as Template” button
    4. write “inney” in the text field of the pop-up Choose Template Name window & click the blue “Save” button
    5. I see the saved template in the drop-down (link to screenshot)
    6. Update page or go to a new page to edit
    7. The “inney” template is no longer present – “No Templates saved yet” message is seen

    Can you help fix this?

    I am sorry you are facing an issue.
    Can you please provide us backend access so we can see the issue and might understand where the problem can be?

    We created a test page, saved a template then created another test page. It is working.
