GuestDear Kriesi Team,
I manage a website but I wasn’t the one who developed it in the first place.
Looks like I’m having a problem in a while now, with your “enfold”. (check logs bellow).
I’ve made a small test and manually changed the template in the database and the website came back to live (of course with a messy layout). The reason I’m contacting you is because after search on the web, I found other people with the same problem. Their solution would be, remove the template and upload it again.
Well since I haven’t bought the template, i’m not able to download it and upload again. So my question to you is, since this is was not a problem directly related to our site, is there any cheap option to get the template (or just a few files) that can fix my problem, even if i need to do it manually?
Looking forward to hear from you again :)best regards,

BrunoJanuary 24, 2021 at 1:08 pm #1275046Hi Bruno,
I see, Enfold 4.3 was released May 2018 while PHP 7.4 was released Nov. 2019.
Can you try to downgrade your PHP version maybe 7.3 and below.Best regards,

GuestSadly, It didnt work.
same error :(
I even tried to downgrade to 7.3 then 7.2. No luck. Question: Any idea why this happened? The website was working fine in November/December.January 25, 2021 at 4:10 am #1275161Hi Bruno,
Can you tell us what were the changes you have made on the site during those months? then most likely it’s related it.
If you’re WordPress version is 5.5 or 5.6 then we could tell that the changes in WP has brought it.
Can you try to disable all plugins and check? if it works properly then try to enable them one by one to know which one is causing it.
Aside from that, if you’re using a child theme then you can check on that as well.Best regards,

GuestHi Nikko,
to be honest I don’t really know what changed were done since all automatic updates were disabled, and since I wasn’t the one who developed the website hasn’t changed it in like 2 years now.My knowledge on WordPress is really limited, just for the basic config.
On the bottom shows this:
“You are running WordPress 5.1.8 (Obter versão 5.6) | PHP 7.4.11 | Apache | MySQL 10.2.33-MariaDB-cll-lve”I’ll check this child theme and If I have any further questions i’ll come back here. :)
thx,
Bruno -
