Template Pictures License

Hi guys,
I am using your template and have a website where the pictures which are provided from the template are used partially.
At least one picture was not replaces because we use the german menu name and the template site is public but not used for the website.

Now we received a question for the license of one of these pictures. Are the pictures included or do we need an extra license when using them?
