    Hello,

    I noticed around the Holidays that when I select a custom template “recipe template” in the Advanced Editor to create a new page I get the Error message:

    “Error fetching content – please reload the page and try again”

    I have all the updates. Help please! Thanks!

    Hey weightfreewellness!

    Can you please ask your hosting provider to increase your phpmemory limit to 256M and let us know if that solves the issue?

    Hi Tara,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (3.8.4) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi Tara,

    I created a private testing page and tried loading a template and it worked totally fine on my end.
    Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh


    @abparenteau     Please start a new thread and attach temporary admin logins in private content field so we can look into it. If you post them here, they will be visible to creator of this thread as well.
