Hey guys@ This one is a bit pressing.
I tried to figure it out on my own, but no luck. I even began rebuilding the page from scratch and it produced the same results.
If you look on your mobile device….at this page….once you get to the section GOSPEL IMPLICATIONS….the layout gets distorted. The column, width, etc. Can you please help resolve this? (See your login as well).

A style phoneHidden was added to the verse to the left of the GOSPEL IMPLICATIONS to hide the column. I would rather see the clean white space, than see how the verse was displaying to the left. Nothing like how it displays ABOVE content as seen with the two sections above WHO IS JESUS and THE GOSPEL.

SO everything from GOSPEL IMPLICATIONS and down….displays whacky.

    Any ideas?
    Thanks!
    Justin

    Hey Justin!

Can you take a screenshot and highlight what your referring to? The only thing I noticed was that your submenu was breaking onto multiple lines. There is an option in the submenu element for displaying a responsive “Menu” button instead.

    Elliott

Elliot, if you start from the top…once you get to the GOSPEL IMPLICATIONS section….you’ll see a clear difference with how text displays. Look at the variance in the column widths:

    Thanks

Also, the submenu doesn’t pull up on my phone. What device are you using? :)

    Hi!

Appears to be a media query issue in your editor section.

Before confirming that however, please disable all of your plugins and clear your cache, just to make sure there isn’t a conflict causing the break.

    Best regards,
    Dake

‘delete cache’ meaning website right? Not browser?

    #507354

Deleting the site’s cache did NOT work. :)

    Hey!

The sections starting from the section before the “The Gospel Implications” are outside the wrap_all container. This is usually cause by unclosed html codes inside the page. Try to create a new test page then use the same layout but try to remove all html codes then replace it with a few simple text. See if it will have the same issue as the “About” page.

    Ismael

    Hey,

Could you try to activate debug mode and then copy the shortcode to a new page to see if that helps please?

    Guys I got this…

    Hey!

The html codes are still there. Please remove all text including the html codes then replace it with a text placeholder like “This is a text etc blah blah”. Let us know if the issue persists.

    Cheers!

    Thanks!

    Hey!

you are using WP Super Cache plugin. Go into it’s plugin settings and switch off caching. Afterwards deactivate this plugin and all other plugins you are using. Then clear browser cache again and hard refresh a few times.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Didn’t work :/

    Hi!

We placed all columns inside a color section and it fixed the issue. We have notified Kriesi regarding this issue and should expect a fix on the next patch. Thank you for the updates. http://www.id-mke.com/test/

    Hey Ismael,
the above suggestion does not fix the page :/

    #509833

    Hi!

Did you see the test page? Make sure that you placed all columns (outside the color section) inside a color section. I checked the “About” page and the columns are still outside the color section: http://www.id-mke.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=15&action=edit

Add a color section below the existing color section with background then relocate the columns there. I’m not suggesting to relocate the columns inside the “background section”. Do this for all sets of columns inside the page.

    Cheers!

Oh I see Ismael. ALL content, including the uneffected within the COLOR SECTIONS.
That did it. Please notify me when this us fixed.
    Thanks!

    Hey!

Great! Glad it is fixed. We have reported the issue to Kriesi so future patches should fix it. In the mean time, try to place all columns inside a color section to prevent the issue from ever happening. Thank you for the update. :)

    Best regards,
    Ismael
