I am reaching out to you regarding a theme I purchased through your account on ThemeForest. My hosting provider, OVH, is requesting some technical information in order to proceed with the configuration of my website.
There are security measures in place that block cURL scripts without a “user-agent” argument. A PHP script called via a URL in the browser (front-end) is allowed, as long as it uses a proper “user-agent” argument. It works if the script is called through a URL in a web browser.
I kindly invite you to include the “user-agent” argument in your script.The curl command is not allowed if triggered via SSH (shell or PHP command) on a shared hosting plan. However, it does work if the script is called via a URL in a web browser. Please note that this configuration cannot be changed on a shared hosting environment.

I’m not sure that I fully understand your request, is the problem that you are not able to import a demo? If so, then that is a known problem with OVH hosting, the demo import will not work. You would have to import the demo to a local or test site, then migrate the site to your OVH hosting site. You could also copy/paste the content shortcodes.
