    I am about to set up a web site for a customer, at Loopia.se – who are one of Swedens largest Web hosting companies.

    Experiencing problems when trying to import Demos –
    and just now I got this reply from Loopia:

    “Unfortunately they seem like they have blocked Loopia, You need to contact kriesi.at and ask them to unblock the IP address 93.188.2.5 or bring it up with their provider.

    Could you please look at this, need to know it work before I have them purchase a licence? (currently I am developing on my own domain hosted by Loopia.se, using my own Enfold licence)

    We’ll check to see if that IP is blocked. Please reply to this thread once you have read it, so that it gets added back to our support queue. Also please provide us with admin WordPress login details in private if you should need any further help.

    Hi Thomas,

    Our hosting provider told us that even though this IP address was unblocked multiple times in the past week, it’s automatically blocked on many servers by their security software due to brute force-like attacks against the WordPress’ xmlrpc.php file from this IP.

    Please inform your hosting provider.
