Hi, I downloaded this plugin http://modernteamshowcase.com/ but it’s not working well with the theme. Certain elements are not appearing on the site. Could you please help?

I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

Would you be able to take a guess as to why only the elements in the first color section of every page don’t show up? Even the first color section is still intact — only the elements it contains are missing. The rest of the site looks great and untouched. It seems like a bizarre hiccup and could be solved easily. Thanks for your help!

Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? and please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

VinayLanding page has text and animated countdown, but after “Modern Team Showcase” plugin is activated they disappear. On other pages the first few elements on the page disappear as well, but most of the page remains intact.

There is no issue with the theme. The 3rd party plugins is causing some elements to disappear. As stated earlier please contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!
