Hi there,
There is something weird going on with the team member section. When add a team member description with text copied from MS Word (pasted without text mark-up), I get this strange broken column, as you can see on the page that I linked below (the 2nd and 3rd column from the left).
The 1st column on the same page is with some random Lorem Ipsum text copied from the internet and pasted in the team member description field. Strangely enough, in this case the team member section is suddenly behaving normally…
Making the other text shorter has no effect.
Do you have any idea what’s going on?
Thanks for your help in advance.
Kind regards,

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

Thanks for your advice, but unfortunately it doesn’t work.
I typed a piece of the same text manually inside the text box and then there is no problem. I also tried pasting the text without markup from MS Word, and I tried saving the document as text without marks / design and then paste it into the CMS editor, but all with the same strange result…I don’t intend to insert all the texts manually, so I really hope there’s a work around for this mysterious issue.
Kind regards,

December 18, 2018 at 11:42 am #1046806Update: I found the problem: It was the > symbol in front of 1,000,000. So >1,000,000 caused the problem.

December 18, 2018 at 3:35 pm #1046917Hi,
Thank you for using Enfold.
There are some special characters you cannot use in Textblock and input fields because they break the internal structure – this is a known limitation in our builder.
We have a plugin that helps to solve the problem:
And here is the list of characters and their replacement:
for example:
Replace
>
with ###gt###
Hope this will help you.
