I was recently informed that the Team Member elements on the Team page are not keeping within their 1/3 Layout Elements.

I see it on my end. It looks like your using Enfold 3.1.2. Go ahead and update to the latest version, 3.1.4, and deactivate all of your plugins to see what happens.
