Team Member Boxes issue

Hey y’all! So I have been messing with this off and on for the last couple days trying to figure it out for myself, playing with the css to get it to be right, etc., and having no such luck.

All of a sudden, the team member boxes social link icons when hovered turned white (the same color as the background).

Where would I find to fix this so that the email icon in the circle and the arrow in the circle will appear again?
