Tax not working properly

Hi guys

The tax settings do not seem to be working properly on my site (please see link in private area), the same settings that I have seem to work perfectly on another website using a different theme though soI think it could be a problem with Enfold.

I only want to add VAT of 20% on UK, anything outside of the UK tax should be 0.

If you add an item into the cart and go through to checkout and select any country other than UK (ie Sweden) you should get no tax added, but if you then change the country dropdown back to UK and then go back to Sweden it adds the UK tax again. It seems like once the country has been changed every other country gets the UK tax added.

I hope this makes sense.
