    Hi

    We have updated all our plugins and WP but the checkout process is still very slow. We are also using the recommended cache plugin. When a user clicks on the checkout page and fills in all their info, it takes a long time for the “Place Order” button to be visible. Then when it becomes visible and you click “Place Order”, it takes very long to go through to PayU. Our users won’t know if something is happening as there is no progress bar or loading icon.

    Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
