Just wondered if you know the answer to this one:

I have a facebook URL in one of my portfolio tabs. Up until a few days ago the site was actually previewed in the tab (so that we got the Facebook preview). Now all there is is the link.

Do you happen to know why that might be or what I need to look at code-wise to see why it might be broken?

    Thanks

    Hey hothoundz,

Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?

    Best regards,

The site is being launched tomorrow so I can’t show you yet. These images show what I’m talking about.

    Hi,

I’m not sure why that is unfortunately, we would need to inspect the page in question. Could you let us know when you have published the page so that we can have a closer look maybe?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

You can enable debugging mode to see shortcodes you have created in pages using Advanced Layout Builder – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

Or, You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.

I would recommend you to create a custom widget area in Appearance > Widgets and place Enfold Facebook Likebox widget inside it and then by referring to description above, you can add a widget area element to your page and choose to display your custom widget area in it. Copy its shortcode from debugging field and paste it into your tab content

    Best regards,
    Yigit
