Hello. I have created a table in order to host a seminar program but on Fierefox it is unresponsive. On every other browser it works fine (chrome – explorer)
More over on firefox it doesn’t load the widget of envato facebook on the footer.June 17, 2017 at 11:38 pm #809415Hey lancelot22,
The Tab Section has some issues with firefox and it has already been reported and our devs are hard at work on it.
Please try to avoid spaces in the tab names? For instance, if the tab is called Tab 1, then try renaming it to Tab_1.Best regards,
MikeJune 18, 2017 at 12:32 am #809426Ok I am waiting for a solution as I am paying for promotion on the seminar and already I got mails that they cannot read the program which is bad for the company’s image. I tried to put “_” but unfortunatelly it is not beautiful when you see it. Do you have any other solution instead o table? Also in firefox browser the envato facebook plugin is having a lot of issues as it is displayed only one white strip

June 18, 2017 at 10:07 pm #809608How can we avoid using spaces in tab names? My tab names have two words. Before the update it was working.

June 19, 2017 at 11:36 am #809723I am looking my action log and I see that I have a lot of visitors that are using firefox with no access to information vital (the program) for them to decide if they will participate in the seminar which is organised, which means that I am loosing them. You can also have access to my action log with the passwords I gave you to see it by yourself. When do you think you will fix it to work with firefox?
June 20, 2017 at 9:45 am #810252Hi lancelot22,
We don’t have an ETA, unfortunately. I know it’s not ideal, but you could use tab names with several words as one, using CamelCase. That way, your users will be able to access the information that they need.
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
VictoriaJune 20, 2017 at 11:06 am #810296This does not fix the problem with firefox
June 20, 2017 at 2:33 pm #810376Although it fixed this is not a solution. And also it is not a professional suggestion. I don’t understand, this is not a very big problem that will take days to solve.
June 20, 2017 at 5:19 pm #810522There is one more problem. When the page opened, the first tab seems but the small tab arrow doesn’t appear so you don’t understand in which tab you are. After you click the arrow appears. This is like that in all browsers not only in Firefox.

VictoriaJune 28, 2017 at 5:15 pm #813976Its been 11 days that you admitted that there is a problem og your theme with firefox. 11 days is a too long period. I have been patient but i cannot be more patient. Where is your support? You suggest unprofessional solutions which in my case are not working at all but nobody answers back when I say that it doesn’t work. However you keep on sending marketing emails… As I said I have a campain which is running and I get mails that the table is not responsive which affects my business. Is someone going to deal with this issue?
June 28, 2017 at 5:31 pm #813991The suggested not having space in tab names is not a fix.
It looks awful on Chrome and FirefoxJune 29, 2017 at 10:48 am #814339If it is a big problem that will take weeks to solve please give us an appropriate explanation that we can tell our customers asking why it has not been fixed yet.

BasilisJuly 3, 2017 at 12:26 pm #815839Sorry after half a month this is not a solution. And still nobody has replied about the facebook widget. I want to give me an email where I can ask for compensation
July 6, 2017 at 12:43 pm #817197When is this fix going to be released?
July 6, 2017 at 7:12 pm #817451I want compensation for the problem that your delay has caused me. I have mails as a proof from visitors that cannot see the program of my seminar which shows me unprofessional. And also from the statistics how many people visit the page with firefox without having the possibility to read what we offer. These are all potential clients that I am loosing them.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. The latest version of the theme will be released soon and it contains the patch for this specific issue. If you want to fix it now, please edit the tab_section.php and tab_sub_section.php file inside the config-templatebuilder > avia-shortcodes folder. Replace the script with the following pastebin.
