I have created 3 tabs and have accordion elements in all three but when you click on them they don’t show all the content unless you refresh the page and then click on them again. This is happening on all 3 tabs. Help!
Thanks,

Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?

The tabs worked just fine for me. Is there a specific browser you are using?

Jordan ShannonSeptember 18, 2017 at 2:36 pm #853400Hi Jordan, I am using Chrome. The tabs work fine but when I click on the accordion drop down the info does not show up until I refresh the page. Please try the bottom accordion button on the 2017 award recipients tab.
Thank you,
LisaSeptember 19, 2017 at 6:49 pm #853994Hi,
It seems the content is hidden by the footer. Is this what you mean? The content is loading for me but it slides under the footer.

Jordan ShannonSeptember 19, 2017 at 7:00 pm #853998Hi Jordan,
When I click on a bottom accordion button it is first hidden by the footer but after I refresh then you can read the entire drop down box and is NO longer hidden by the footer. How do I get it to show the entire box without having to refresh? People are not going to know to do that and will think it’s an error.
I snipped pics but can’t see how to send them to you.
Thanks,

You can add the pic links to the private section below. Also, please refer to this post which I believe will help fix this issue: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/tab-section-height-doesnt-allow-for-accordionsexpanding-elements/

Jordan ShannonSeptember 26, 2017 at 3:53 pm #856984Hi Jordan,
Unfortunately, the toggles will not close back up. I followed the link above and it does now let the entire contents be read but they won’t close (did the typo correction) and it is also allowing more than one toggle box open at a time. I would like to only have one open at a time. Can you help again?
Thanks,
LisaSeptember 26, 2017 at 4:37 pm #857007Hi,
Did you remove the code you added from the link above. The behavior is appearing the same to me.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonSeptember 26, 2017 at 4:39 pm #857011No, I left it the code from the link you sent me above in place as this is allowing the toggles to open all the way. If i remove it then the toggles don’t expand all the way open.
September 28, 2017 at 1:21 am #857754Hi,
So you only want one box open at a time even if its in a separate section/column? Please provide admin info so I can look into this further.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonSeptember 28, 2017 at 2:43 pm #858072The boxes will not allow you to close them after opening them. And yes, I would only like to have one box open at a time since they are long.
September 29, 2017 at 5:02 pm #858527Hi Jordan,
Any update on this? I am supposed to present the website today and I would really like this to work before I do.
Thank you,

Unfortunately not. I am sending this to other teammates to look at as well. I truly appreciate your patience.

Jordan ShannonOctober 3, 2017 at 8:16 am #859493Hi!
The accordions are not closing back because of the following error.
jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2 Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: . (Purchase code hidden if logged out)
I found this code in the js > shortcodes.js file line 2952 but it should not be there by default. Did you add it?
container.find('. (Purchase code hidden if logged out) ').css('max-height', height + old_height + 100);

October 4, 2017 at 4:20 pm #860197Hi Lisa,
There is nowhere in the thread such a statement to add plain text and use it as a css selector.
Try using the code as it is in here
