    Please, may you provide to us your website link and the WP and FTP credentials? This way we can check if this is caused by a custom CSS.

    Actually is there a way to override the browser width below 990px setting menu items for mobile, set this to a higher setting? if you look at the site on an ipad, you can see that the menu is pushed over the logo.

    The code was updated as old mobile menu is no longer in use. Please try using this code – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/switching-to-mobile-menu-on-higher-resolutions/ and if that does not help, please post WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it :)

    Thanks, I tried that code and the menu actually disappears altogether. It does not show at all. Please advise.

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    I simply clicked WPFC on admin bar and “deleted cache and minified CSS/JS”. Please review your website :)
