    I went to edit a table within my page, changing a couple of words within the cells, and when I updated the page it now only displays code. When I preview the page it looks fine, but when I view it from the link, it’s only displaying code.

    I have some custom code to stylize the table in General Styling of child theme (basically just changing background colors of table) – but that didn’t affect the table until I recently edited the wording.

    Hey sophiasbiti,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Did you add any html tags in the table? It’s possible that there were invalid html tags, which caused the table layout or the table shortcode to break. You may need to recreate the table from scratch. We recommend saving the content of the page as template so that you can restore it if necessary.

    Thanks, Ismael. You were right on point. I had some text that said “<1 hour before appointment” and it must have interpreted that as a broken HTML tag. Took out the less than sign and all fixed.
