    Hi,

    We are upgrading our site and after upgraded Enfold and the Woocommerce Tab manager, we encountered a problem. The global tabs do not show up.

    In 2015 for the update of version 3.4 you did the task below. Will you fix this problem as well? And if so when?

    – fixed: an incompatibility with the plugin “woocommerce tabs manager”

    Hi Rikard,

    I added the links and provided a username with a password. On the staging site The Enfold version is : Enfold 3.7.1 – Tab manager version is 1.7.1

    Hi,

    I checked both sites in private section, but the second one is using a default WordPress theme and it’s still missing the WC tab in question. So did you check with WooCommerce support about it? what are they saying about it?

    Hi Andy,

    This problem happened before 11 months ago while we were trying to migrate from Abundance to Enfold. In woo themes Thomas Shellberg solved this issue before. Then he shared me the Enfold theme files without this problem and send your team as well. You also included this fix in the changelog version 3.4 after that.

    For the staging site ( dev.. ) the same guy Thomas Shellberg is working on it. He is really capable. When he is done, he propably send you the files I do not know. Because he is working on the dev site ( staging site ) he has used default theme to check “Woocommerce Tab Manager”s problem I guess.

    When he solved this problem, I will inform you too.

    The team in woothemes found a solution for the Tab manager problem and it is in the changelog now as a list item.
