I updated WordPress and Enfold a little while ago and now the tab sections are not working in chrome, IE or on Mobile. Specifically, you cannot select any but the first tab in the section.
Oddly, the first section allows you to choose the tabs but does not show the content on those tabs.

John TorvikMay 19, 2017 at 9:04 am #796418I’ve a similar problem, for me they are working except one particular tab.
I also tried to move it around and to recreate it but still it’s impossible to select this tab.May 19, 2017 at 12:33 pm #796525Hi @lewy9,
Could you please open a new thread and include admin login details in private? Also please point out where and how we can reproduce the error.

May 25, 2017 at 1:18 am #799290Hi,
Please try to avoid using special characters in the Tab Title field. Let us know if it helps.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 25, 2017 at 2:08 pm #799566I have no special characters in the Tab title fields. I had a couple of percent symbols but they have been removed and even those were only on 2 tabs in one section. I have previously provided admin access to the website so you can confirm this for yourself. I have around 7 websites running Enfold so the lack of response is a little disconcerting.

VictoriaJuly 4, 2017 at 3:39 pm #816380A customer of mine is desperately waiting for this glitch to be fixed:
The Tab Section is working in both Chrome and Safari, but shows nothing but the first slide in Firefox.
For a quick fix, I put an accordion element, much to the chagrin of my customer. Are you still working on this and do you have any idea when this will be resolved?
Best regards,Saint K9

July 20, 2017 at 4:29 am #824338Hi,
That is a “Tab” element and it is working properly. Please note that the “Tab Section” element is different from the “Tab” element.

GijsJuly 23, 2017 at 2:07 am #828536Hi,
Thank you for the update.
What is the exact model of your Android phone? Could you please provide a screenshot?
Best regards,
IsmaelJuly 23, 2017 at 3:33 pm #828694Hi Ismael,
The problem is way bigger than just the tabs; all links and functions in the body do not seem to work on the whole website on all mobile devices. Please try it on your own phone; nothing works (only the header, main menu and footer). I tried it on 2 android phones (Moto X Style and a Sony something). I also checked other devices via Screenfly (http://quirktools.com/screenfly/#u=http%3A//bnbbythebeach.com/jardin-de-los-monos-bed-and-breakfast-costa-rica/rooms/&w=375&h=667&a=37&s=1); all the phone models are not working (just the desktop and tablet screens). Please help! Thanks, Gijs
