Tab Section Titles – font spacing

How can I increase the space between words in my tab title? I am fine with the width of the tab, and that the text spilled over into another line, but I would like make the break in the text at a more visually effective space. Currently the text reads: OFFICER LISTS: BY OFFICE & BY YEAR. The text broke at “YEAR”, so that word is the only one on the second line. I would like for it to break at “BY”, so that the second line will read “BY YEAR”
