    According to my closed case here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/logo-margin-issue-tab-section-link-issue/

    Links from image to tab section works perfectly. Unfortunately now I see that the page
    // https://terrazasdelatlantico.com/project/

    is automatically forwarded to the first tab:
    // https://terrazasdelatlantico.com/project/#lot-a

    and its wrong. It should stop at https://terrazasdelatlantico.com/project/

    Could you help with it, please?

    Hi,
    Cache is cleared. Tried more computers, different browsers. Still the same. Redirection to the first tab in the tab section.

    Also updated to the Enfold 4.5 version.
    Btw, I have purchased couple licenses of Enfold. Today, after manual update I have created new private tokens. Followed your documentation for troubleshooting. No toked is taken like valid. Tried more websites. All the same.

    Hi,

    Thank you for sharing the video. It appears some js script is in conflict. Please deactivate all plugins and try again.

    If you still have the issue Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    All plugins are disable and the issue continues.

    Only when I delete the change in shortcodes in Enfold child what was recommended here by Nikko:

    Then the redirection disappear. But also disappear linking to the tab section what I need.

    Temporary login is still valid from last time. Anyway the link is in the private field.

    Hi,

    I checked it.

    The problem is the #lot-a. But this is not coming from the standard tabsection initialisation code. To be sure I debuged the js code on pageload and this is added after the function change_tab in enfold\config-templatebuilder\avia-shortcodes\tab_section\tab_section.js is left.

    Also on my test server on a clean install and I cannot reproduce it.

    As you added the id=…. to your code for subsections this causes the browser to scroll.

    It must be some other plugin or modification you made that causes that the hash value is added to the browser url.

    Hi Gunter,
    As I wrote, all plugins were disabled.
    Anyway, I have reproduced it on the different domain, different hosting with a new wordpress installation and last Enfold theme (of course with Child theme). So no mess in DB, no plugins, no cache.

    I did only that one change with shortcodes:

    I have used different names for the tab section like NAME 1, NAME 2…. and now is automatically redirected to ……/project/#name-1
    try it: // http://test.safe4you.do/project/

    The temporary login link to the reproduced website is in the private field.

    Sorry for the late reply. It appears the code in the post #post-1018988 is conflicting with the tab elements. Please remove the code and confirm it resolves the tab issue so we can work on a different solution to resolve the logo issue.

    I don’t have any logo issue.
    I have an issue with tab section. And yes, I can confirm when I remove the code, all is normal. The redirection disappears and links to section tab don’t work.

    Hi Vinay,
    It’s a great idea to remove the code what was sent me as solution by your technical support 6 weeks ago.
    I can remove it but i would like to get another solution for my issue with the tab section links.

    So the code is removed and my issue is back at the begin here:
