    Hello,
I can see from previous post that there has been an issue with the tab section on mobile.

We have used this function extensively throughout our site build and would like to find a solution to the way it currently looks on mobile.

Is there a way to stack the tabs on top of each other so you can scroll through them?

Logins below if you need to take a look.

I look forward to hearing from you

    Hi,

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

OK thanks for your response, although I am a little disappointed that a theme that says it’s responsive isn’t! Would it not be better to remove this option going forward as people like myself will spend hours setting up a site thinking it’s responsive and then just as we get to go live find that the element used on nearly every page is not and won’t work on mobile!

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

The tab sections don’t really stack on top of each other on mobile view, but it doesn’t mean that they are not responsive. You can think of it as a slider of sections instead of images or videos. We can consider this as an issue if the content inside a section is not responding properly on mobile view. Is that the case? Is there any other element in your installation aside from the tab section that doesn’t respond or resize on mobile view the way you expect them to?

    Best regards,

    Hello,

No everything is working as it should – it’s just the tabs that are not right on mobile version. Sadly they form the main part of the build.

We have put our website live in the meantime and you can see what I mean about the tabs here: https://www.cunninglygood.com/

Looks fab on desktop – not so good on mobile :(

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

You can actually hide the tab section on mobile view and use another element using the same content. Look for the elements’ Screen Options panel to toggle their visibility for different screen sizes.

    Thanks Ismael,

I can see where to hide the element on mobile but how do i set up using another element? Is it just a case of adding another element onto the page and then only showing it on mobile?

Actually it’s fine – I have amended the page.

    Thanks
