Hi, to continue this thread – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/tab-section-not-working-on-rtl-sites/ – the tab section isn’t showing the content in the tabs other than the first one. The content is there in the backend but in the front end it isn’t showing.
March 9, 2017 at 2:32 pm #758365Hey DROR,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
Best regards,
YigitMarch 9, 2017 at 2:41 pm #758371Hi Yigit, I deactivated all plugin and the issue is still going.
March 10, 2017 at 8:05 am #758730Hi,
Sometimes the html of the page elements breaks if the content entered has an improper closing tags.
For testing purpose create a new page and add only the tab element with content (do not copy from the old source).
Let us know if that works fine.
Best regards,
VinayMarch 10, 2017 at 2:00 pm #758892Hi, no, that didn’t help. I didn’t do any changes to the tab section and only added the text element in every tab without changing anything.
March 14, 2017 at 5:01 pm #760853Hi bakbek,
Problem here is the div.av-tab-section-inner-container.avia-section-default gets the width of 400vw, which is 5760px, which is huge and is way beyond viewport. This is why all the calculations are wrong and you cannot see your tab content.
Let me check with developers what’s up with that and get back to you.
Best regards,
VictoriaMarch 14, 2017 at 5:25 pm #760868March 14, 2017 at 5:32 pm #760874I’m not experiencing issues with this part, but I checked my own site based on this thread, and my tab section is apparently 800vw/12800px wide. Is that going to cause any problems at any point?
March 14, 2017 at 5:52 pm #760890Hey!
No, it will not.
But that is why we try to see if there is a certain issue or something that can come up randomly, so we can ” lock ” each possible circumstance and make sure nothing will happen anywhere.Regards,
BasilisMarch 14, 2017 at 7:42 pm #760934The tab section is working fine now. The main problem is that it doesn’t really support mobile devices… are you planning to fix that in future updates?
March 14, 2017 at 11:56 pm #761049Hi,
