I can see the same on my end, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field. Please allow us to temporarily disable your plugins.
Best regards,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I was checking it out but could not find a way to make it work in firefox.
Can you try to iframe code instead of script?Best regards,
NikkoJune 18, 2019 at 1:27 pm #1111290Hi Nikko,
Just added the JotForm as iframe, but the issue remains :(
You can check itJune 20, 2019 at 10:06 am #1111874Hi kylerollins,
I find it difficult to find what’s the cause of the issue in firefox since there’s no js error showing in the web inspector.
I created a similar page and used a youtube iframe (link in private content) and it works properly without breaking the tab section, I’m not really sure why this is happening on firefox when using jotforms which breaks the tab section. I think it would be best to use another element.Best regards,
Nikko -
