I added a tab section to my webpage but the tab section only shows up for a split second upon opening the webpage. It’s replaced with a blank space that I can’t click after it disappears.
June 11, 2018 at 10:20 pm #971412I was able to narrow down the issue further. When I have the Initial Open tab set to 1, the glitch happens. When I set it to 2, no problem.
If you could help me out with why that it happening I would appreciate it. I have initial open set to 2 for now, but I’d like to change it to 1 as the title of that section is Start Here :-)
June 12, 2018 at 9:56 pm #971903Hi tammybauer,
A plugin conflict may be one of the reasons for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)

June 20, 2018 at 11:53 am #975224Hi Tammy,
Seems like the iframes load and the page breaks. There is no obvious error on my end, but it’s too many code blocks for one page.
Could you please enable the Advanced Layout Builder debug mode. Here is how to do it:

I’ve enabled the debug mode.

June 21, 2018 at 10:42 am #975737Hi Tammy,
I checked it and even Initial Open is set to 2, it doesn’t show on my end.
The problem was those scripts that shows the video inside the codeblock, if you remove them it works fine.
Can you use youtube or vimeo instead for videos? or you can upload the videos to your site and use our Video Element.
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoJune 21, 2018 at 1:20 pm #975782If I host the videos on the website won’t it be incredibly slow?
Are you saying I should embed videos from those particular sites instead of the one I am using, or that I shouldn’t embed videos at all?
June 21, 2018 at 3:02 pm #975817Hi Tammy,
Yes, I suggest using youtube or vimeo works better. Hosting videos on your site would take a lot of resource, so I think using those particular sites mentioned would be the cheaper and faster option without affecting the functionality of site.

NikkoJune 21, 2018 at 4:52 pm #975858Unfortunately neither Youtube or Vimeo are an option. Will the ‘tabs’ content element have the same issue the tab section has?
June 21, 2018 at 8:03 pm #975943Hi tammybauer,
Well, you can build the test page and see if the tabs work better for you.
Best regards,
