We are not sure why it’s not working yet but maybe the latest version will fix the issue. Please upgrade to version 4.1.2.

No you should not lose any of your changes, unless you have made changes to any of the theme files? If not then you should be safe, but always have backups ready in case something should go wrong.

The anchor is working properly on our end so it’s probably related to a plugin or a custom modification in your theme. Please upgrade to version 4.1.2 then disable every plugins.

Actually Ismael i start a new project in other host to other cliente and in the begginer i tried to do anchor but do not work aswell, idk why but anyway we can fix that all right.. if u can help me with folder and line will be great.Hi,
It’s located in the js > avia.js file, look for the “avia_smoothscroll” function. Can we check the other website?
