Tab elements not visible in some browsers

Hi,
I’ve just noticed an issue with elements not displaying on a Tab when using a small screen size like an iPad Mini – they sometimes flash up on a slow connection and then disappear except for a small few pixels which are barely visible. The tabs and elements work perfectly on larger and smaller screens including a larger iPad and all iPad Mini emulators render it correctly. The issue was witnessed on 2 browsers (Safari & Chrome) on the iPad Mini.

The hide settings for the individual elements & Tabs are not set.

The elements are the blue links from the text “Championship – 2017” down and are visible in the link above – they appear to hide under the tabs – I’ve cleared the cache a few times but no luck
