Hello,
I’m trying to set the tab element to remain closed when the user loads the page. I’ve put “0” in the settings, as well as left it blank but the 1st tab still defaults to open. Is there another setting or CSS that needs to be added? Thanks!Hi mattb1169,
I’ve checked my local Enfold installation and I don’t experience the same issue.
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoThank you. I’ve added the plugin and that email. Page in question with the tab element is below. We are trying some different elements to show a lot of content and believe the tab is best. Please scroll toward bottom of page to see where we’ve placed the tabs.

As for login, please check on the Copy icon, here’s a screenshot: https://imgur.com/9gaYMtP and it should give a link that allows us to have access to your site for the specified time, the URL should look something like the one I’ve posted in private content.Best regards,

I apologize I seem to have misread the issue, tab element always has one tab opened and the option is only which tab number is open by default.
The element which has the option to close by default and open/expand when clicked is the Accordion which may be the one you want to use.Best regards,

I changed the tab element to accordion and that is working. However, we now have an error message when trying to edit this particular page. Please see below. I’ve include credentials in the private section:

It seems you are still using Enfold 4.8.3, can you update it to the latest version (4.9.2.3)? and see if it helps.
