Switching to a child theme after creating content and layouts in Enfold

Hi — we love Enfold, and have been using it to build a our clients’ websites for several years.

Our normal process is to install Enfold, switch to a child theme, then import a demo BEFORE building our pages.

This time we’re working in reverse. After installing Enfold, the pages were created, content added, and page layouts done with Avia Layout Editor. We haven’t applied styles or changed any theme settings, but I want to confirm that we won’t lose content or ALE layouts if we switch to a child theme and import a demo at this point.
