JosueJune 27, 2014 at 10:52 am #284446Hi Josue,
it works in the image element.. have a look at our site..
but it doesnt work in the Partner/Logo Element and in the Testimonials Element…i can choose the image but it seems that the value is not memorized…
if you want i can give you admin access so you can check..

ChrisJune 27, 2014 at 1:57 pm #284550Hi!
Thank you for the update.
Please upload the image on the media library then select it on the Partner/Logo element or Testimonial element. It doesn’t seem to work if you upload it directly using the elements.
Cheers!
IsmaelJune 27, 2014 at 2:54 pm #284580Hi,

ChrisJune 27, 2014 at 7:00 pm #284691Hi Chris!
That happens because those elements use thumbnails and WordPress does not recognize SVG as “images”, therefore no intermediate sizes are generated and no “image metadata” is created.
This is a WordPress limitation rather than a theme one, if you need further assistance please contact a developer.
Cheers!
JosueMarch 7, 2017 at 5:22 am #756731We are seeing something similar with our SVG files, but your tiger worked perfectly. Can you give some insight into the export settings that will work?
March 13, 2017 at 7:09 pm #760205Hi,
this thread here is very old. Please open a new ticket and explain your issue clearly to us. Send us a precise link where we can see what you’re talking about and some screenshots highlighting what’s going on (imgur.com, dropbox).
Best regards,
