    I have purchased several copies of Enfold but I have a client that says his site doesn’t behave/look normal on his surface tablet. I have an older version (Version: 3.2) of enfold loaded might this be the issue? http://gracebaycarrentals.com/

    Hey jordannick,
    I would recommend updating your version of Enfold, but the issue your client is experiencing is that he has his zoom set to 30%, which shrinks all of the images while the responsive elements expand to fill the screen size. Perhaps he is trying to test the responsiveness of the page, in which case he should use the “Responsive Design Mode” in FireFox (F12).

    Hi!

    If you have a child theme in place, the automate update from Envato is safe.
    You need always although to have a backup in place, as require for keeping stuff safe.
