    Hello,
    I have some problems after I bought the theme from “Envato”. I was given the code for using the theme. However, when I add the code, it noticed that “your license key appears to be invalid”. So please help me check again. The image for the mistake is the link: https://ibb.co/vYQwtF5

    Could you help me log in my account to activate?
    I mentioned this case in messages before, however I haven’t yet received any support to slove this problem. Please check and help me.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the screenshot. Are you trying to activate LayerSlider? If so then that is not possible using the theme token. You don’t have to activate LayerSlider, since it’s bundled with the theme. It will be updated when the theme is updated.

    Hello,
    I think you didn’t understand what I said. When I bought the theme, I received the code to use this theme. However, I tried to fill the key to activate and it noticed that” not activated” like image:

    I have contacted the store where I bought the theme and they told me this is a mistake from the author. So please help me to solve this problem. I think it’s easier to contact via email or Whatsapp. Please give me your email address or phone number for Whatsapp.

    Hello,
    As I told you before about the theme that I bought from your company. I haven’t used it since I received it. Now, I can’t use the slide because it noticed that “it’s not active”.
    I don’t know the reason why I can’t use the theme while I spent my money to buy it.
    Before I contacted the author follow your guidelines however the problem didn’t be solved.
    Please check again and give me the exact answer. I don’t want to waste my time waiting for you to reply.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. As I’ve already stated in this thread; you don’t need to activate the LayerSlider in the theme, it’s fully usable anyway. If you are having any actual problems with using either the LayerSlider or the theme, then please try to explain the problem you are having a bit further.

    If you are worried about wasting your time, then please read and try to understand what we are telling you.

    If the key isn’t activated, I can’t import Slide in Template Store. And I don’t know why I bought key but can’t use for web?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. The LayerSlider which is included in the theme is not the premium version. If you would like that version, then you would have to purchase a separate licence for that. The license you bought is for the Enfold theme, which has a bundled version of the LayerSlider. The bundled version is not the same as a premium license for LayerSlider.
