    Hello, I’m not able to create a new support ticket. I’ve tried this already several times, but they are not listed.
    I just used an old topic to get your attention, but I think this will be closed.
    Can you please solve this? Our support subscription is still valid.

    When you open a new thread, please attach WP admin logins in private content field so we can look into it.

    If you are not able to login, please post your purchase code so we can reset your forum account :)

    Hi,

    Could you please try flushing browser cache and refreshing your page a few times then try starting a new thread? I am not sure why you are not able to start new threads, i do not see any issue with your account.
