Dear Ladies & Gentlemen,
unfortunately I have typed in a wrong email adress by registering my purchase code:
Can you please change the registration of the code to my e-mail.
I have installed the Enfold Theme and cannot change anything in the Theme Options. Every time I get the message: “Saving didnt work! Please reload the page and try again”.
What can I do to solve it?
Thank you and kind regards,
Jan

Hi Yigit,
please find the details below:
Hi,
Thanks! However it seems like path is not correct as the only file I am seeing is .ftpquota.
Please make sure the path is the root of your WordPress installation.
Best regards,
Yigit
Hi please check the login again, you might see the files now.
Hi Yigit,
It could be fixed by setting up a new installation of WordPress without using the Softaculous Installer in C Panel. I suppose, that it did not grant the required user privileges for the automatically generated user of the MySQL Database, which caused the 403 Forbidden error with the admin-ajax.php when changing the theme settings.
Thank you!
Hi,
Glad you figured it out and thanks for sharing your solution!
Please let us know if you have any other questions or issues and enjoy your weekend :)
Best regards,

Dear Yigit,
Indeed, I face not some other issues with the Avia Layout Builder. After importing a demo theme, the layout builder does not load anything. :( Do you have any idea about the reason?
Hi,
I believe database issue is back as saving theme options is not working again. Could you please check your database privileges if that is the case?
Best regards,
Yigit
Hi Yigit,
yes, you are right. There was a firewall “Mod_Security” running at the shared hosting provider, that blocked the attempts.
Thank you and kind regards,
Jan
