    Hi there,

    I know this is not the right place to ask this, but there seems to be no other way to get in touch.

    I would like to add a new ticket to the support forum but there is no way to add a new ticket. I’ve posted tickets before on the forum and I still have 6 months left of support so I’m wondering what’s going wrong here. Am I overlooking something?

    What exactly is the issue you are having? We will inform our devs however other users seem to start new threads.
