    I just purchased a new support license but its saying its out of date when I try in in the enfold support page

    Please go to the Enfold sub forum ( https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold#new-post ) and revalidate your existing Purchase Code.

    Thanks, but that doesn’t seem to be a valid purchase code. You can try it here for example: https://kriesi.at/support/register/. Did you try the instructions posted by Yigit above? The purchase code comes with the theme license.
