Hello, I bought my enfold theme back in 2015 and the support was part of the package. I think it’s fair enough that you change this for future customers, but to put it on a loyal customer who was backed you up in you earlier days doesn’t seem so fair.
Would you reconsider keeping my unlimited support going?

We have implemented this check only since it’s requirement from Themeforest/Envato. If it wasn’t, then we would have kept the forum open for all of our customers. Please continuation in private.
