GuestI bought my first license for Enfold in 2013 with unlimited support. This worked fine until September 2021. Since today I get the message that I have to buy a new support license.
I don’t think it’s okay if you change my license afterwards to my disadvantage. I only bought my second license because I had purchased unlimited support for the first one. Especially because I use support only when errors occur in Enfold.
I ask that you reinstate support according to the license I originally purchased.
With kind regards

Thanks for contacting us!
We have implemented the requirement for a valid ThemeForest support period in order to be able to post on the support forum a while ago. This has been a requirement for ThemeForest authors for a long time, but we wanted to wait as long as possible to implement it. Here’s a statement from @kriesi, as to why this was implemented:
The main reason is basically that it is long overdue since ThemeForest requires it from its authors, and I was asked to finally comply with this rule
All ThemeForest/Envato authors who provide support are required to follow this rule.
Thanks for your understanding.

YigitOctober 18, 2021 at 5:28 pm #1325467Well, thanks for pointing this out. But: this doesn’t apply to me, because I purchased my license in 2013, when this requirement didn’t exist. Even big-shot American companies must abide by contracts concluded. I bought explicit unlimited support, I wouldn’t have bought it otherwise. And honestly I think customers with 8 years experience with Enfold don’t bother you too much, anyway.
