    Hello,
    I’ve purchased Enfold twice. I’m successfully using the first one. The second one I’ve been unable to upload it OR to get support. I’ve wasted hours and not gotten anywhere. I want a refund or support, please, ASAP.

    I logged in to your site with credentials you shared here – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/new-installation-2/#post-1231865.

    upload_max_size is currently set to 8M. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 32M. After increasing file upload size, you should be able to install the theme :)
