Support Forum says mey key doesn't validate

Hey there!
I bought another copy of Enfold half an hour ago (my eigth or so) on themeforest and like everytime I created a token. That token works fine in Enfold/WP. But when I try to connect to the support forum it says that the Token doesn’t seem to be valid. And I doublechecked: It’s the exact same key. I also granted every permission on the Token-Create-Page that is needed. Can you help please?
