Hi there,
I’m using WPDOWNLOADMANAGER to manage my files and am wondering if the theme is compatible with this pllugin? I can see the WPDOWNLOADMANAGER packages as an option when I try to link them to a theme button. But when you click on the button, the download doesn’t work. I was in touch with WPDOWNLOADMANAGER plug in author separately, and he says that it is an issue with the theme and not with his plugin.

Did they give you any information on what could be causing the issue? Unfortunately we do not support 3rd party plugins but we do not mind taking a quick look. Download button works on my end – http://i.imgur.com/PnCgvFp.png
Can you post the link to your page where we can see an example where it does not work using theme buttons?Cheers!

Not sure if you got a chance to take a look at the info from the plugin author but he tells me that to link to a download manually, I do this: Download
I have tried to link this to an action button on the site (by placing the URL as a manual link in the button option), but it’s not working. Is there anything in the theme that would prevent this from working?

I have duplicated your page and created a private page called “Test page”. Please check the button element and how i added the link to it. It does download the file with single click now
