    Hey all,

    How will support work for someone like me who has their clients buy enfold from envato?

    I pretty much find that I get at least one client buy the theme each month sometimes up to 4 or more times each month..

    Envato is telling me that I need to renew for support, if I don’t will I get cut off from this forum? will I need to use my clients accounts and begin to need to keep passwords and user names for dozens of envato and enfold support forum accounts?

    Please advise.

    Hey Erich!

    No, if you are the person asking the questions on behalf of your clients you will not need to renew your license. The forum will prompt you for an active license key every 6 months. You can then simply enter one of your clients keys to keep your account active.
