    Hello Enfold Team,
    On November 29, 2024, I purchased a second Enfold license, including 6 months of support.

    I would like to know if I can access support for the second license through my existing account and ask questions there.

    Hey Krause Andrea,
    It looks like your email address only has one purchase that ended 2023-05-28, so I assume that you used a different email address, or different Theme Forest account for your new license.
    Please create a new login by registering your Purchase Code here. Then log into the support forum and open a new thread.

    Hello,
    me again:
    When I want to enter my purchase license and create a new account, I get the following error message: “Sorry, but that item purchase code has already been registered with another account. Please login to that account to continue, or create a new account with another purchase code.”
    I have already registered with the license and unfortunately I no longer know which access data :-(

    Hi,
    I believe that you may have used the email address below, try logging in with it, if you don’t know your password use the “forgot password” option.
    otherwise, check your Theme Forest account to see what email you used. We don’t have access to that info.
