Why are you hiding the support button for paying clients? We need some help and all you offer is that we search some unstructured knowledge base. I spent hours looking for an answer to my issue. This really is upsetting.

Offen this link to create a new topic does not show although I am logged in with our client account. Maybe a timeout or a malfunction on the site. In any case, take it as a suggestion as a permanent link in the Dropdown-Menu of the support link. Then it could ask for authentication. Same for letting clients post suggestions for improvement or smart solutions.
