    hi, What kind of support can I expect, whom do I contact (besides the forums) and what is the turn around time?

    We only provide support through our support forum. In case you need assistance, we will try to help you here.
    Turn around time is 24 hours and usually we reply within 12 hours however forums are currently very busy so it may be longer than that. We have welcomed additional team members recently and we will get back to our usual response time soon.
