Hello all…..I started working on my webpage this morning and noticed on the main home page some content was not loading. Specifically the headings in the special heading sections. It has always worked before but now when the code ® is added to the heading text I get this…..see webpage here http://mpssi.com/page_id3567/ and look at special heading sections. This has never been in issue in the past and worked perfectly before so I do not know why it is happening now. I made no updates to anything. Any help is appreciated.
Also on the team element section here http://www.mpssi.com/team/ when I use this code View CV in the element to link text to a pdf file it messes it up (look at second team member element)? Any suggestions on to why this is happening as well. Never functioned like this in the past

It looks like your using Enfold version 2.9.1. I think updating to the latest version (3.0.4) should fix your issue. If your still seeing problems after updating then try deactivating all plugins.
Best regards,
ElliottNovember 24, 2014 at 6:01 pm #356989I am having a similar problem with the Team Elements – according to WP I am currently up to date.
Please advise.

@jcstone3 Can you please post the link to your website? Latest version of the theme is currently 3.0.4 ( http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ )Regards,

I am a little hesitant to update as I am afraid I will loose all my custom CSS and the site will not function? Should I install the theme update and than restore from a back-up? Currently I use UpdraftPlus. Please advise.
November 25, 2014 at 4:36 pm #357620Hi!
@jcstone3, Your team member elements appear to be displaying and linking fine on my end though the images are not as big as the columns. Is that the issue your having trouble with? Go ahead and take a screenshot of what your seeing so we can get a better idea.
@mattmosman, It would be best to add your custom CSS into a child theme. That way you can do a backup and update the parent theme and save your edits. Try downloading our child theme here, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/downloads/, and then add your CSS to the bottom of the child theme style.css file.Best regards,
