    Hi,

    I need some help with styling of input fields for a plugin called SUMO rewards. This should be simple, but I just dont seem to be able to get it right.
    I would like the input fields to look like the Enfold theme. Needs some styling tweaks to make similar size and inline.
    Also cannot seem to clear the div to allow content below to be separated from plugins content
