Suggestions for filtering masonry grid after initial sort?

Hi guys, I was hoping you could maybe give me a suggestion to resolve sorting a masonry grid?

We have a page which utilises the masonry grid to sort certifications by country. Thing is we would further like to sort the grid after a country has been selected, to then be able to sort further by whether a certification is valid for Food, Wellbeing or Retail.

Is this possible? If not, is there another way of doing it?
